I called this place to inquire about a 22 ***** Malibu on 9/30. I drive for **** and long story short most banks denied me bc of it. I explained to ******, the sales associate, my situation and he started the application process before I step foot in the bank. On 10/1 ****** text me and told me I was approved and the car was cleaned, full of gas and pulled to the front and all I had to do was come get it. I never had a issue with this dealership until now from my understanding I wasn't aware this dealership was under new management I purchase my truck February of last year. They were willing to work with me on scheduling my visit and got right to it when I arrived. They did not pull any of the tricks that other dealerships tried in the past. Also they have a good finance staff, that was able to get me a good interest rate on my auto loan.
This is not how I like to do business. I tried to do this amicably but these guys don't play the game right at all. I didn't eat their free food or take their drinks as I was not there for a party. *********** gave me four Pre-Approval notices and I clearly chose wrong. I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from them now about 45 days ago. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Mitsubishi while servicing my vehicle. The service writer, ****, was not only rude but also refused to cancel services I had requested, falsely claiming they had already begun. It seemed his refusal was motivated by concerns about losing his commission. I bought a 2019 Malibu from Maplewood Mitsubishi July 27 2024. It needed some repairs which they took care of. Mostly. I didn't know about any oil leaks until they called to ask if I wanted to bring it in to have fixed. The navigation is not working much of the time, especially when I need it. Now the check engine light has come on and the auto shop where I take my cars said that they can fix the check engine light for $350. The oil leaks are being taken care of by my mechanic but it will cost me $2700 to fix. When I bought ... read more
The ****************** staff are always courteous and never recommend services that are not needed. I have worked with them on several occasions and have no issues.
Do not buy any vehicle from ***** Mitsubishi **********************. This is the worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life. They scammers the liar, they dont take care of the problem. They sell you brand new car that are lemons and they dont want to fix the problem. Run away from this place.
