Sold me a 2023 x1 that ended up needing a new transmission before I could even pay the 1st car note. Called to speak to the manager multiple times, never came to the phone. Whomever answered laughed in my face when I told them what the problem was. Please DO NOT shop with them. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were willing to work with me on scheduling my visit and got right to it when I arrived. They did not pull any of the tricks that other dealerships tried in the past. Also they have a good finance staff, that was able to get me a good interest rate on my auto loan.
I can't say enough good things about ****! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Numa, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership.. you won't be disappointed!

I came here to get my front fog light fixed. I waited 90 minutes and then the mechanic came to tell me they couldn't do the job because they needed clips and would arrive in 3-5 days. It's 2 weeks later now and upon calling and leaving voice-mail the manager ***** has refused to explain why my car hasn't been fixed as promised since last week.
