I had agreed with sales about a price on a *****. I drove all the way from *************. Once I got there. They tried to **** up the price by thousands. Theyre some duty crooks. Not to mention the general manager started cursing at me. Not professional at all. Will not refer anyone there.
I took my **** Mitsubishi Montero sport to this place thinking they were going to do a great job but they didnt the first time they charged me a lot of money and when I was driving out of their lot at the first red light the car turned off good thing my husband was with me and he knew what to do so we drove it back to the service area and they took it back in they said the mechanic forgot to put in a hose an some screws. I have a similar experience as some others faulty vehicle taken advantage of over charged scammed. I would not advise buying from this place now Im stuck with a bad jeep.
Had a bad experience with Jidd Motors but the dispute was eventually resolved.
The very first thing they said to me when I walked in and remarked that this was a lot of luxury vehicles for a ********** dealership was that they got a ********** dealer tag because it was the cheapest on the market, and they needed it for bank financing.The dealership insisted that they run a credit check before the test drive so they could "crunch the numbers" to make the transaction smoother. By far the worst car dealership I bought a car back in may as soon as I got home check engine light was on and my car has not been properly fixed they made me wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in just so I couldnt return the car I been having to pay deductible like I said for problems that have not been fixed dont waist your time going there the customer service is horrible nobody returns the calls back its just a horrible experience over all !!!
*****BUYER BEWARE DONT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM JIDD******I assisted my hearing impared father in Feb 2019 to purchase a vehicle, my sales representative ***** lied thru her teeth about the remote start being covered by the extended warranty by selling us the 2 most expensive extended warranties.
