Caryn guided me through the entire process and was extremely patient in helping me make my choice. The ring is perfect. I notice my now fiancé glancing at it all the time when it catches the light. It’s comforting to know that the shop is local and I can pop in if I ever need to. Great service, friendly and comforting staff and great independent shop.
After I proposed to my girlfriend with a "stand in" ring, We both knew we wanted to go down the bespoke route for her official engagement ring. Liam Ross were amazing from start to finish. Caryn was very patient with us, and let my fiancé try on a multitude of different styles, and also made various different CAD images and a wax mode, until she was finally happy with the final design.
