This hospital is the most incompetent hospital I have ever experienced. My mother just spent a week over thanksgiving and the communication was horrible, no one knew how to do their jobs and then to top it off they forgot to send the CD for her MRI to UPenn. The sarcoma doctor could not schedule her biopsy without the CD. After speaking with this hospital about the forgotten CD, they informed her that she had to pick up the CD. These people should be ashamed of themselves and their so called professionalism.
My father is a patient on Booker 3. Early this morning at9:21 AM I received notification that my father was admitted. At 9:29 AM I spoke with him and he seemed somewhat lethargic and told me briefly he presented with some stomach pain and distention. He explained a Nasogastric tube was inserted. Somehow it came out and it was reattempted. However, due to excessive bleeding all attempts were ceased, and he remained nothing by mouth. I asked him who was his assigned nurse. How is it ok for an employee to not give their name when there’s a problem? Shouldn’t your I’d be in plain sight?
Thank you to the nurses; Peggy and Michelle for taking great care of our daughter. They sure did make our daughter feel safe and sound and made her feel comfortable! Dr. Hudson amazing job removing our daughter tinsels. Thank you to all the staffs!
