I am a local business owner that was about to donate $10k worth of masks, gloves, sanitizers, etc. to your hospital but have decided to donate to another organization after hearing how Sonya in payroll spoke to my girlfriend who just started as a nurse last week. If this is how you treat your own how do you treat your customers?
Incompetent doctors in the ER that can’t even properly read blood test results, playing with a child’s life! Awful customer service, unprofessional and completely lacking manners. Will never return to this hospital ever again...
RecommendedHad a really good experience despite the circumstances. ICU nursing staff and attending were phenomenal, Stephanie,Sara,Michelle Marissa,Natalie,Dominique Kami,Alma,Mathew and Dr. Park. awesome staff.
DO NOT RECOMMEND We have been sitting in the emergency room for 4hrs and they haven’t drawn any blood. I do not recommend anyone to come here. We are still waiting for them to even to a chest X-ray or a cat scan. There are people wall to wall waiting
its a very good hospital and i had my son there and.m u.daughter and the nurses doctors and staff were great
The Emergency Room attendant was on the phone ordering a black strapless dress while I waited writhing in pain. The triage nurses were posing for pictures with Captain America while nobody would help us. My husband begged for someone to help us. There was only 1 patient ahead of us in the ER & they didn’t call him in for an hour. We waited another 45 minutes.
