I have been to numerous dealerships and no one was able to get my 06 Durango paid off and in a new car. I went to Mazda 2 weeks ago and unfortunately Brian didn't have anything on the lot for me. But yesterday he called me and said he had a 2014 dodge journey with only 25,000 miles on it! My Durango was paid off and they worked to get my payments right where I wanted them! Im so happy that I drove home in my new car today! Thanks team Mazda!
Our last two Mazdas were purchased at this dealership, and we had great experiences both times. However, we brought our CX-5 in for an oil change today, which we have free for two years. However, unbeknownst to us the dealership was sold and they will no longer honor our free oil changes which are in our contract. When I spoke to the manager in the service department he did not want to help at all and acted as though I was ridiculous for expecting them to honor what is in my contract.
