I bought a used Audi at the Earnhardt store. Best salesperson ever named Dejan Zoric. Made the whole process very easy . Lidija from finance office was very good at explaining everything I signed for. Will recommend to all of my people.

As a woman, one of the most dreaded things to do is shop for a car. 90% of the time they make you think you got a great deal, but once you drive off the lot, they are probably giving each other a “high five” because they manipulated you somehow. Jourdan in services is the man and everyone else whom works there. My sister called both Mazda dealerships and Sahara immediately refused to see us until Monday. Mazda dealership on Centennial also said they were booked, but could squeeze us in if we were there on time. So as soon as they gave me the green light I drove 40 minutes to see them. I am so grateful for the staff that helped and took care of my car and my sister and I. Great customer service!

I wish I had taken my business somewhere else. The staff was seemingly nice at first but I was proven wrong. I was specific on my needs to salesman Andrew F., and Wes Clelan. I wanted a used car with some low mileage and around 20k but they convinced me otherwise that a new car was what I can get for a better price. I am so angry, dissapointed at the service and sales tactic they used to pull me into a transaction I am not happy and comfortable with. I was helped by Freddy, and they were easily the best and most intuitive dealership in the valley. I've been to multiple trying to find the most helpful deals and best priced. They were on a level all their own, and couldn't have made my process any better.
