I have been going to Centinenal Mazda for service on my Mazda3 for 3 years. Jordan the service manager is awesome, always keeps his word, and is very professional. Jacob my service advisor is also great, professional and accommodating. I will continue to bring my car to them to be serviced. I will also more than likely buy my next car from this location due to the excellent customer service I’ve received. Job well done, guys!

I have only had dealing with the service department but it has always been great service. They are fast and keep you updated if there is a problem. Have dealt with 3 different Service Advisors and the service has been terrific with them all.

I came to the dealership on 6/29 to trade in a leased vehicle. I ended up purchasing a used car. On 7/1, I noticed 2 chips in my windshield, scheduled repairs and was told those chips were previously filled-which was not disclosed in the Carfax I received, or by the dealership, and upon trying to refill the chip again, my windshield cracked, so now I need to replace the entire thing. My experience with Earnhardt Mazda started off on the right foot. I was looking to purchase a Miata and have it delivered to Arizona. Well, thanks for the great and prompt service. You could have waited a couple more days so we could have avoided this garbage.
The salesman, Eric, was just wonderful. He was a no pressure guy, with knowledge about the vehicle, the options, and was very easy to talk to. He answered my barrage of questions, and handled a slightly neurotic lady, very well. He never treated us like “we didn’t know anything.” The entire process was very fast, other staff on the lot/property were ready to answer questions, very friendly, and professional. Thank you for my beautiful new car. I keep peeking in the garage; she’s a real beauty!

Both my wife and I probably had the best car buying experience of our lives. The overall atmosphere and the feeling of not being attacked by salesmen was absolutely amazing. For some reason I did not receive the survey from big Mazda so I hope that this helps! Dejan was the nicest and most down to earth salesmen I have ever met in my life.
