I was a first time car buyer when I bought my Mazda 3 and their sales department was so helpful! The car buying process was so simple. For the last six years, since I bought my car, I have always used their service department. Jordan and Jacob in the service department are amazing. Thy are always thorough in explanations and are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They treat me like one of their own and are the reason I keep coming back.

They trick you into buying this “awesome car wash” that will promise to take care of your car during the duration of you owning your car but they don’t tell you that you can only do it during the week, when you know normal people have to work and it’s only until 2:30pm. When my husband asked to take it off the contract so we don’t have to pay for it the salesman goes “oh well I’m just going to add the $1k someplace else in the price”. Oh! Crystal was great and the car was washed and delivered on time. We love our new CX5. Just spent the weekend in Palm Springs and our ride was comfortable with great fuel milage.
