Staff are rude and unprofessional. The nails I got were not what I asked for and I showed a photograph.
Awful service - the staff are rude and don’t even try and hide the fact they’re blatantly talking about their customers. The acrylic is applied so thick, they’re using cheap products which don’t last and I always feel so rushed when I go there. Won’t be returning.
The worst set of nails I’ve had! Went in for builder gel, at first she did no prep and went straight in with the builder. She applied one thin layer and I had to ask for her to “build” it up. She was very rude about it and my nails were horrible and lumpy as well as not shaped.
Friendly staff, done what asked super happy 😃definitely go back.
