Jenny Jones has always been a particular favourite of mine as my husband purchased my engagement ring from them. They have beautiful jewellery, really knowledgeable and lovely staff and a wonderful eye for detail and presentation. I just received my mended ring. Got both our engagement and wedding rings from here - a fantastic service from start to finish. Everthing went smoothly, they rang to tell us they were ready in good time before the big day. Great prices and all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly.
totally smooth experience finding an engagement ring with Jenny Jones. this ring was originally yellow gold in the shop but they were able to create it no problem in white gold to my size :) lovely helpful people , couldn’t recommend them any more xxx
I visited with my Mum on the 25th January to pick a piece out to celebrate my Qualification. I can’t remember the names of the lovely girls who served me, but they were amazing, and they even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco to congratulate me 🥹 I will 100% be returning for more pieces in the future. Visited this lovely jewellers today for wedding rings. The staff were very helpful and patient and not at all pushy like the brand name jewellers. The lady that served us was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Even when I said I need to think about it after she had taken her time to write down quotes she was lovely and said its a big decision take your time. It was just a lovely experience and I shall be going back.
