Be really careful going to this place if you haven't had much experience with understanding good nail care. This was my first and only time I ever went here I'd only ever had nail varnish and shellac at other places. My nail technician saw the designs I wanted said it would be no problem but convinced me acrylic would be the best way to do it with the design I wanted and I didn't know any better. Undoubtedly, one of the worst nails shops I have been to. Definitely will not be going back there again. Came here for the first time last week Wednesday with my sister and the whole experience was s_ _ _, to say the least. Don't get me wrong, the technician who done my treatment was very polite, however, you can tell the workers are under strict orders from management. I’m writing to complain about the awful experience I had at your salon. I was scammed and incredibly disappointed with how everything was handled. I came in to get my toenails done and was served by a male staff member named Ali. He filed them incorrectly, which meant the whole appointment took way longer than it should have.
