Absolutely service, I felt quite nervous to have my hair cut after a bad experience before. Erin made me feel so relaxed and talked through each stage and made me feel so confident. As well as she done an absolutely incredible job on my hair, she’s such a credit to the establishment

I was recommended Jemma’s salon through social media after a few days of searching a few months ago. Booking my first appointment alone was quick and easy and I am always booked in for the new appointment when at the Salon making the process for me a lot smoother. As someone who is nervous socially entering new places I am always warmly welcomed. I have been to the salon on numerous occasions now and always felt so comfortable. I had an extremely disappointing experience with their advanced hairstylist. Despite their title, they seemed incapable of even cutting hair evenly, let alone achieving the specific style I requested. The lack of basic skills was shocking, and the result was far from professional. I would not recommend their services.

Always lovely to see Tia. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and really understands what I'm after while ensuring that I'm happy along the way too. The JG team are lucky to have her :-)
