The manager and his team could not have been more welcoming and friendly - the customer service at this store should be the benchmark for many stores in Whitstable. My son received an ok haircut from Ellie, The venue itself is stylish and chic - I believe it was one of the salons featured in a BBC makeover programme. Thanks for accommodating us at such short notice.
Ellie is the best, wouldn’t go to anyone else for my hair. Always listens to what I want and gives me great aftercare advice. Highly recommend.
