Dr Shapiro is always friendly and explains everything throughly. His staff is also friendly and kind.
Friendly greeting, discussed x-ray and commented about the healing.
Great surgeon but wants to get as many done as possible in a day, refuses to install pain pump for less pain after surgery. This is a terrible policy.
Dr. Shapiro is a wonderful surgeon who takes the time to thoughtfully answer all of your questions. He truly cares about his patients, and helping them.

Patient beware. Extremely poor communication related to a medication change that ultimately led to thousands in unnecessary and unexpected deductible costs. It took a while, but I painfully learned he is interested in your wallet, not you as a patient.
The best. Full Stop. Patient, caring, expert in what he does, terrific staff. Two knee surgeries and I would never see anyone else!
