I love everything about this pracrice from the staff to the doctors. Everyone is always very professional and attentive. The Shapiro’s are my top docs and I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a great group of doctors. I’ve seen them for knee, shoulder and one of the doctors for my back. Yes, I’m falling apart but they always makes it better.

Doctor Shapiro made two important points based on X-rays and the examination of my knee. As a result, I will change my handling of a twisted knee.
Received appointment within 2 days of initial call. Easy check-in process. Reasonable wait time. Dr Shapiro reviewed recent x-ray and examined knee. Encouraged to have the previously prescribed MRI order filled. Dr was optimistic, confident and encouraging.
I was very concerned about my condition but Dr Shapiro diagnosed what I had right away. I felt much better (psychologically) after my consult.

After my minor child had Surgery on Thursday, we NEVER received a follow up call to ck on her the next day, I called 4 times left messages about questions / concerns, no one called back! Medications needed PA they never called in, follow upAppt nurse would not write Dr note for school or medical equipment needed! Absolutely horrific experience ! All in the follow up
