He is an absolutely fantastic doctor. Professional. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Jeff is the best when it comes to knees. My whole family has used him at some point. He's straight to the point and doesn't believe in unnecessary procedures. I don't trust my knees to anyone else! He's done ACL and MCL in both my knees.
Needed to have knee surgery and he was informative and very nice! He got me in for surgery when it was good for me. Would use him again if I need another surgery!
He explained everything and made sure I understood everything he told me and made sure I didn’t have any questions
Dr Shapiro was prompt to the appointment and thorough but concise. He was also VERY helpful expediting the necessary MRI follow up and next appointment.
Didn’t have a long wait, fast service, answered all of my questions and concerns and everyone was very kind and helpful every step of the way. I’m very glad I came here.
The only complaint was the wait time. The staff is very kind.
Dr Shapiro is one of those doctors that really care! He takes the time to provide a thorough exam and talks through your symptoms with you. He makes you feel heard and doesn’t immediately suggest surgery. My daughter was super comfortable talking to him and we will be staying with him for as long as he’s practicing.
