My appointment started on time and I was not left languishing in the waiting room. The caregivers and the front desk personnel were very helpful and thorough.
Dr. Shapiro was very welcoming considering the circumstances. I had a complete tendon tear and he explained everything to us efficiently.
Dr. Shapiro was to the point, explained my options clearly, and gave me a good picture of what my prospective surgery would be like, as well as the recovery process. He also noted that, while I brought X-rays with me, a different angle would tell a lot more about my knee problem. That proved to be crucial information in making my decision. He was excellent.
First, let me start by saying I have been a patient of Dr. Shapiro?s for more than 20 years. He is a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Shapiro?s bedside manner is awesome and his office staff always provide the best customer service. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care provided by Dr. Shapiro and I look forward to many more years of being his patient.
Wait time was minimum to see the Doctor. Staff was courteous and helpful. Office area was very clean.
Dr. Shapiro was professional, knowledgeable, to the point, yet pleasant.
De. Shapiro is a very thorough doctor, straight to the point, offers suggestions as to how to handle the situation and lets the patient make their own decisions. I won’t ever go to another orthopedic doctor for my issues.
