Received a scam letter in the mail from this shady group. Avoid these con-artists at all costs. Do not believe the mailer. You did not win a TV or money! This is beyond aggressive advertising. This is a scam.
Went there today to look at vehicles. A little jerk named blake came up whining that he and his daddy dustin helped my friend yesterday and i should be his client, not the latino person that was helping me. The latino person acted like a butt and didnt want to show me anything and blake proceeded to follow us out yelling at my friend about her credit which was not ran. Scam contest. Sleazy. Supposed to have one an item...called to confirm...went in and was given something else. Won't be buying from them and i AM in the market for a new car. If you think you won something...don't bother. It is just to lure you in. Reporting to Attorney General. Aggressive advertising....deceptive advertising. Was it worth it for their business to do something that would generate many negative reviews? First impressions can never be changed.
Ad says lease includes license....NOT....now I have to stand in line at BMV...Got nothing from the state to renew by mail. Incompetent service department kept me 2 hours to program the missing remote...they lost it_! Got home...didn't work...had to do it myself_! Low tires on expensive new vehicle plus same on another car they serviced... Can't find the air hose I guess_! Place sucks...

I am very happy with the customer service. Brian Bennett is the best salesman I have ever met . He never tried to push me to buy extra stuff I don't need and he wasn't pushy. I am from Pennsylvania and wasn't sure how to do all the paperwork and don't like buying anything I can't see in person, he sent me extra pictures of the truck so I didn't have to make a 3hour road trip and waste time. I had an amazing experience with the sales department they helped me in every way possible! The sales man, Terry Moore, even came in on his day off to meet with me since it was the only day I had available to meet him! Very nice and friendly employees! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!
