Purchased my Equinox on April 8th at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester. They had to go get the vehicle I wanted from their Cinncinati location so I had to go up the next day to get it. I asked if there was a spare key (not to much to ask in my opinion). I was told there was one but it was left in Cinncinati and they would get it and mail it to me. 2 weeks went by, multiple emails and phone calls and still no key. WORST buying experience ever. I will never step foot into this dealership again! They seemed pretty genuine in the first few minutes being there. I was pretty firm on what my price range was and that I was not going to go over that. The salesman in the pre-owned building, I think his name was Bryan, kept putting me in cars that were WAY over my price range. Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus is what kept us with General Motors. I was having transmission issues with my 2015 Chevy Colorado Z71 along with an issue with my power steering. Ken, the Service Manager, took care of the cost of my part to replace the module in the power steering when General Motors basically told me I was out of warranty and out of luck. Brought my Ford Ranger in to get worked on after the ignition coil went out and some various other issues. They gave me a great rental truck in the meantime (2017 Silverado) and upon receiving my own truck after the service, it ran great! They refilled any gas they had used, performed all of their maintenance perfectly, and even put my seat back in the original position I had it in when I dropped it off. I was in and out of there pretty quick and overall I would say I had a great experience!
I wish to personally thank Justin Garner on all of his countless effort to ensure my satisfaction and overall car buying experience. His genuine care and concern for matching my needs was tremendous.
