I'm not one to write reviews or complain. I've actually never written a review before on anything. I'm just so disappointed with Jeff Wyler and I hate feeling like I have been scammed. My husband and I specifically went to Jeff Wyler in order to avoid buying and lemon. We spent over $20,000 only to walk away with a piece of junk. As soon as we pulled out of the lot the check engine light was on. With in three months we have had to put over $3000 dollars into the vehicle. A decent place to shop for a new car but not a very good place to get all of your questions answered. Especially in finance and warranty information. When they can take the time to answer my questions, they will be a better dealership. Until then, there is no shortage of other Chevrolet dealerships that are more than willing to answer all of my questions, provide great customer service, and sell me a great new car.

When I first bought the car had great service. About 7 months later I found out they sold me a car with out a lug nut key to get the tires off. You think they would have fixed that problem before they put the car up for sale
Terrible service, waste of my time and car still not fixed. Gee thanks. Guess they want to make sure they wait until after warranty is up to find it....
