There was a recent campaign that was deceiving to get customers there to look at used cars. The mailer and the number you called were not clear you had to have THE winning number and if not would win $100. It was a $100 coupon card. People are not honest, which leads me to believe they would do dishonest deals. This may work on a millennial, but I would never let my kid buy a kid from this dealer. WOW! Rachel Childers and the whole team at Wyler’s were the best. Never ever had such a great experience in buying a car. Rachel was not pushy, asked questions to find me the right car. Bought a Equinox from her. I will go back.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Jeff Wyler (Columbus) recently. My salesperson was Bill Moore. He and the office staff worked with me to put me in a vehicle that addressed my needs. They offered a good trade-in value for my vehicle, despite it having a cracked rear bumper. I was able to leave the dealership as a happy customer. When I got home I discovered that I did not have an Owner's Manual so I called to see if one was available. I took our 2016 Malibu in for our oil change. They took an hour an a half to do the work. That’s not so bad. The problem was the next day my husband checked to see how they did. Well they didn’t change the oil at all!! It was still black and dirty. All they did was reset the oil button!😡 I could believe it!! It’s very upsetting that a well know car company would allow stuff like this to happen..
