Was there Saturday afternoon and was approved for a new car with $500.00 down then came back today and was told that the payment was now going to be 1500.00 and the approval took four hours but my husband and I got out of there and went elsewhere and got approved within 20 minutes and the down payment would be 500 and no less. Don’t go there because it’s just a waist of your time. We went to Kia of Dayton Huber Heights and coming back Wednesday for the car due to the fact that it’s at another dealership.
worst customer service ever received. I was treated like I didn't have enough money to buy a car and was judged by the salesman, and I just had another bad experience talking to the salesman about a separate issue. I then asked to speak to a manager and he was rude to me. I'd rather drive 10 hours to buy a car then five minutes to that place to be disrespected.
5 stars I have been to many dealerships and have bought several vehicles. I have to say this was by far the best experience I have had yet. The salesman Grady Blessing was fantastic. I feel like he went above and beyond. He was very professional and extremely kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. All the staff in the office were kind and greeted me. Horrible experience. Very disorganized and kept changing price of cars. Paperwork getting submitted wrong. Ended up leaving with no vehicle.
Hadn't been here since my last car shopping experience in 2011 and I see nothing much has changed. Snarky, judgemental salesmen who think they have you sized up on appearance. Pro-tip : just cause someone doesn't look like they have money doesn't mean they don't have more than enough to buy your marked up crap. And because I'm in my work truck doesn't mean I'm trying to trade it in. Sales guy was condescending and passed us off to someone else who apparently already had us sized up and never followed up with us... Guess what... read more
