Clearly not LGBT friendly as a friend who went to purchase a car but had a hiccup with an approval due to name change which led to the salesman becoming aware my friend is transgender which resulted in rude comments and awkward stares by the rest of the staff upon the couple returning as if changing your sex is something to gawk at.
