The service department is terrible!! No customer service at all. There is not one person that has a clue about what is going on. Can't even get a call back. I've been there 3 times and not one person has helped or knows anything. JUST TERRIBLE
Called to order a part and got a price that was 3x's the manufacturer's price and did not include all of the equipment that it comes with when you order it from the manufacturer. Also the same part was $40 cheaper (still too high) at another dealership I called for which they sent me to yours because it was in stock at yours. I'm not sure how you can justify such a mark up but it does not make for good business. I'll wait the 2 weeks for it to ship.
Had a bad experience at J. Wylers today and they just lost a customer and guess what I was going to buy a new car from you in 6 months, screw you, I am done with your service and dealership and I will bad mouth you to everyone. I also have read bad reviews about you on Facebook so I am done!

So I just left Jeff Wyler Auto Mall and I am pissed!!! So I went in and bought their Wyler Care package (which includes oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection). They did my first service Jan. 6, 2020 and my second 1 on March 24, 2020. Well when they did my first service they told me that I needed to get new lug nuts because the old ones were out of round. Their customer service is poor. Guy named Ian lied to me when confronted he tried more lies arguing was pointless. After later review of my paperwork he added many care packages I specifically did not want that he stated could not be canceled which was more lies.
I recently had my truck in their service department l. I got quoted a price and when I picked it up I was given a different lower price which we questioned about when they called for us to come pick it up. Then almost 5 days later after I picked the truck up they called saying we need to cough up the original amount quoted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
