We bought our new vehicle over a week ago. We realized as soon as we got it home, it was missing a kit. When I notified our sales person, he said we could come back to get it but we would need to bring in both of our social security cards so they could make a copy and send it to the bank. This is a huge red flag and not something we are comfortable doing. We have never had to provide physical social security cards to purchase a vehicle or even a home before.
