RecommendedQuick and easy best service I have had buying a car
I had a recall for the catalytic converter, when I picked up my car it sounded louder. Brought it back and they said I now have a hole in my muffler. They refuse to fix it. They said the hole was in the muffler before we got there but it didn’t sound like that before then. When they did the inspection of the vehicle it wasn’t mentioned either. Their workers are very hostile and wouldn’t take any blame at all.

We brought my son to the used dealership twice to look at 2 different vehicles. Both vehicles we looked were new to the lot and had not been “serviced/cleaned” yet, but were online for sale and on the lot. The first vehicle we looked at we had to wait 20 minutes to find out if the car could be test driven because it was new to the lot and then for them to get gas, even though we called 30 mins before we came and told them we were coming to look at the car. This could be the most incompetent dealership I’ve ever been in contact with and I buy a lot of vehicles. Tyler Restau tried to force me into their financing options even though I was prequalified before even contacting them. I contacted one of their dealerships in my area which is 200 miles away. They had the deal done within 10 minutes and could not figure out what took the Springfield location so long. You were " prequalified " through a lending institution that we use and you asked for us to submit your application to them, which we did. We did not try and force you into financing anywhere else.
