I recently took my truck in for a 11 o’clock appointment and they did not start until 4. They then informed me at 5 that they couldn’t fix my flat tire and I needed a new one. Instead of paying 350 dollars for a new tire from you guys I took it to Grismer the next day and payed 35 dollars to fix the tire.

Mark, I apologize that you were less than satisfied with your recnet service visit. The nail in your tire was on the edge of the outside tread pointing outwards. Per General Motors policy, we cannot reapir and must recommend replacement. Tire repair facilities are not held to the same requirements as GM repair facilities which would allow the to repair your tire where we were unable. Please give me a call at (937) 525-4738.
