I really am shocked at the poor customer service that I have received from this dealership and in particular, Gary Haynes. My car is a LEMON and they are refusing to give me another one. Since April of this year, it has been in the shop for a faulty accelerator pedal, with the last time being towed to the dealership on Wednesday, me picking it up and Friday and then on that Saturday, being towed again!
