lied to me about have a selection of pacificas. when i showed up he told me there was only 1 in stock and its not the one we needed. spent 5 hrs letting him try to find me a vehicle. he found one at their cincy store and said it will be there and ready by 430. i showed up at 5 and the vehicle had not even been detailed yet. so i had to wait for over an hour for that. they will work with you but are not truful and will do anything to get you in the door.

We have had the best experience after being stranded and towed here. They were EXTREMELY nice & generous with their time coming into the shop 15 minutes before closing! Running a diagnostic on our vehicle the day before a holiday! These folks had families to go be with and stayed longer to assist us and get us into a rental! Needless to say we are SUPER pleased with their service and pray blessings on EVERYONE we came into contact today 🙌🏼
