The Springfield location is a joke! My husband and I have come to the Toyota lot multiple times for at least 30 to up to 60 minutes each visit without 1 person talking to us. I even stood in the lobby and 3 salesmen walked by me and not one of them asked if I needed anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Bad customer service , salesman are shady. Nope i will not recommend to anybody to go to JEFF WYLER automall. Just being honest!!!
