My wife and I had bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 a few years ago from here. We also got the Gap Insurance and Poly-Steel Protection Plan. When the car got totalled in a crash the dealership has been no help. We needed info and paperwork and they will not follow through with us or Chrysler Financial. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer Service is terrible.

My dad got into a bad accident and totaled his truck! When it was time I took my dad straight to Jeff Wyler and nowhere else! We were greeted by James Talbot who made the experience fast and amazing! We were in and out and my dad is back happy with his truck! I highly recommend going to Jeff Wyler and seeing anyone the sales team there! The used car manager, general sales manager, and the finance manager came out to congratulate him on his new purchase! Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in Springfield is a class act and the place to buy!

This was our first experience with Jeff Wyler Dodge. Everyone we encountered were super nice and informative, especially our salesman Austin Connor! He knew what price point we wanted to be at and worked hard to get us there and we walked out with a sweet Ram truck that had many more options than our trade in. We will definitely be back to this dealership and Austin again! Thanks for the great new ride! We love it!
