Salesman Tom Loney and Sales Manager Josh Richardson made my car buying experience a great one. From my first conversation with Tom until I drove off the lot the communication, honestly, patience and willingness to do anything and everything to get me in a new truck at the best price possible was exceptional.
A mechanic by the name of John Moneer got my mom back on the road and fixed today..After the news of a recal,then more worse news that they are scheduled 2 weeks in advanced was bad..My mother and I are meeting up after being apart for 7 years and this was not good new at all about the recal..She was almost in tears and drove to Wyler and Mr.Moneer got her in and the jeep fixed right away!!!!!! So she is driving safe and I get to see my mother..Mr.Moneer thank you for what you did .You're awesome and have a wonderful heart..... read more
My experience from with Jeff Wyler of Columbus auto mall has been nothing short of a nightmare. I WOULD NOT' recommend the COLUMBUS service department to anyone OR the dealership they have just wasted my time, lied and screwed me around! I wanted to say thank you to JEFF HAWKINS service manager at SPRINGFIELD location for making everything right. Every dealership needs someone with his knowledge and experience.

They sold me a car that had the engine replaced and did not disclose it to me. Supposedly had it checked out and ready to go in one day. The car has had consistent issues yet they can’t do anything about it except ask me to shell out more and more money on possible fixes.
I just recently bought my second car from Wyler’s and from Grady and it’s always fun and easy to pick what the car I love and get the payment my wallet loves.
