Jeff did an outstanding job of selling our house...in just 7 days! He was on top of any issue that came up and creative when a huge problem arose. He was hands on, visiting or calling almost everyday to make sure all was going smoothly. I highly recommend Jeff, he was delightful to work with and knows his "stuff"!
I am writing this review on behalf of my 75 year old mother. When health issues forced her to sell her home in 2015, Jeff was patient and kind as he walked her through the painful process of giving up her home. He helped us stage the property and sold it within several days at a record breaking price per square foot. He was not only a fully competent realtor, but a really kind person.
Jeff helped us with getting Grandma's house ready to sell - set up appointments and monitored minor repair/maintenance work that needed to be done. House sold quickly and Jeff was wonderful! He has also advised us on our home (remodeling/updating) for best future selling price upon retirement. We will be calling on him some day soon (we hope)!

We have bought 2 properties and sold 1 property thru Jeff Sheets and I will not use anyone else. Jeff is very knowledgeable about real estate and he approach it with 100% professionalism. We were on vacation during the sale of our property and Jeff took care of all the contractors and did all the touchups needed. He really goes above and beyond his job description. I high recommend Jeff to anyone who wants a real estate agent that will make your transaction go smoothly.

We've used Jeff for the many homes we've bought and sold over the years. The real estate market is very complicated. Jeff was great! My house purchase was complex (I was out of country & purchase was online auction via Ocwen). Jeff got all of the paperwork in order (inspections, inspections and more inspections, escrow, title etc..) such that I could fly back and have all financing pre-approved ready for signature. Jeff made the whole thing....easy....esp for a first time buyer. My family and I love our home, our neighbors and neighborhood and I have Jeff Sheets to thank it.
