We had to sell our house vacant after we moved out of state. It's always a little nerve-wracking to do so given that it can be easy for an agent to set you aside and think first about their "in-person" clients. Jeff NEVER did that. From the beginning Jeff, laid out what we would need to do to sell our home. He had excellent recommendations, such as paint colors, staging, how to make the home look more open and inviting, and minor repairs needing attention.
