Jeff is a true professional. He kept me informed every step of the way through the process. I was out of state but felt like I was right there. He is very detail orientated making sure my property was at the very best it could be to bring top value for myself and the buyer. Welcome to the Bay area where despite placing offers of +$300K above the listing price you still end up losing. It was a frustrating experience when went up so high but still ended up losing the offer a few times. This happened for a few months in 2021. We won one bid but due to lack of a good buyer agent, we ended up losing the house. Sellers nowadays want rent backs, They are also finding it tough to get new houses.
