Jeff provided amazing service and great advice to us during the home-selling process. He helped us find and schedule all the services needed to put our house on the market. That saved us time, which allowed us to get our house on the market sooner. Our home sold in less than 10 days on the market, above our asking price. I highly recommend Jeff.
Jeff was incredible to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. He provided guidance with everything from estate sales, home staging, painting, landscape and even junk removal. In addition to his knowledge of the house and area we were purchasing, he has been a trusted resource for all aspects of compliance including the financing, closing documents, home repair, and all necessary projects with moving into a new area and new home. I was an out of town buyer so I had no way of seeing the property beside what is shown online. I like what I saw and asked Jeff to negotiate the purchase. He did a great job in his negotiation to help me win the bid for the house. He helped me inspect and delivered the keys while I am out of town. He was very responsive to my text and got the job done. I would recommend Jeff when looking for a home to buy. I had a whirlwind experience that went very smoothly. Jeff responded quickly to my requests to view homes I saw online (even on a Sat evening to view homes on Sunday), checked in frequently with me throughout the process and answered all my questions. He had recommendations for mortgage brokers, insurance companies and a great painting contractor!
