Jim and his team are amazing. We hired them to convert half of our garage and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the time they met us to give us a quote and all throughout the project the whole team was very professional, hard working, friendly, tidy and punctual. My initial meeting with Jim didn't go quite as I had hoped! Just before Jim had arrived I was called in to collect my toddler from pre school as she was sick. Jim had offered for me a time to reschedule but I thought that I would be able to manage. I cannot rate this company highly enough. From start to finish they have been incredible. I had a bad experience with another contractor, I explained this to Jim and he kept this in mind throughout the job and was extremely patient and attentive. I had a rear double storey extension and my entire house re rendered. Considering the scale of the job I was pleasantly surprised at how little disruption was caused to day to day life, and how seamless the job ran. Be careful when using this company with have had so much trouble with our house. Since having it renovated our roof has been leaking since having our extension done and now needs to have roof replaced as not been properly done. We have had to have an independent floor engineer come out to check our floors as they have have been laid incorrectly and need to all come up they have also built and interior wall ontop of the flooring.
