I used to do a lot of running but fell out of love with it last year and was looking for a new way to keep fit. About 6 months ago I found Jazzercise and now have a new favourite way to exercise! All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and the class leaders make you feel at home. The routines vary each class so you don't get bored, and there is a great mix of cardio / dance fitness and strength training with weights so it's a much more effective workout than the running I was previously doing.
