I have been doing Jazzercise for just over a year. I was worried about joining but really there is no need to be. Everyone is super friendly the classes are fun with the added bonus you have got out and moving. I love being part of the jazzercise fam!! There is an amazing social life if you want to take part. Coming to these classes has massively increased my confidence in all walks of life.

I recently plucked up the courage to walk through the doors at St Mary's Hall in Harefield after many months of thinking about it...I'm so glad I did ! Despite being out of shape in more ways than one 🤣 I was greeted with a truly warm welcome and instantly made to feel part of the Jazzercise family. It's great fun & I can't recommend the classes enough 🤩

I've been a member of Jazzercise for nearly 5 years I love it.every instructor is fantastic! I was abit unsure when I 1st started what to expect, also if I was able to do a class,a I have a disability without full use of my right side ,arm .I was surprised I could do the exercises mixed with dancing as there's low impact / high impact options. Im 57 years old.its suitable for all age groups ,men ,women
