Was greeted by the staff working at the check-in desk who were all very friendly and helpful with filling out forms and taking my insurance information as a new patient. Dr. Barnett was very professional and explained my problem in terms I understood. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnett.
Staff is super friendly and has a 'patient comes first' attitude. Great vibes from all the staff and especially Dr. Barnett. Very clear explanation of what treatment was needed, etc. Took the necessary time to explain things without being too lengthy. The office is immaculate and they clearly pay extreme attention to cleanliness and patient health.
Check in was easy. Very professional and friendly staff. Multi lingual. Insurance or self pay. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Dr Barnett was very compassionate and friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. His assistants were very friendly and professional. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.
I waited for my appointment almost a month referred for my Primary Physician. The day of the appointment unfortunately it was not thexway I expected.Dr Barnett didn't bother to take any tissue to do lab or even take a detailed look of the signs, and he just told me it wasn't what I was referred to his office; giving me a quick explanaition that it didn't make sense to me, almost 5 minutes.It was the quickest appointment I ever had, giving me the impression that he did not want to take me as a patient at all, I am not shure w... read more
