I have been going to jassi’s salon for 2+ years and have been a loyal customer. I’ve had some issues with poor eyebrow threading sometimes or subpar work however 3 weeks ago when I got my eyebrows threaded and my usual face wax the other lady who works here, not sure her name burnt me on the side of my lip and left with a scar that hasn’t gone in 3+ weeks. This seems to be a common theme…under arm waxing. I’ve been to Jassi a few times and decided to get extra treatment (underarm waxing) the day before my honeymoon to Thailand and I regretted it. I was in absolute pain and agony as a my underarms were burnt and a layer of skin completely gone. I cried all evening and was worried my honeymoon was ruined. Very worst service i experienced today. During under arm wax she burned my skin. When i told her the wax is too much hot, she replied no it’s not. I got all over redness and very painful. She even didn’t apologise at all. Even she don’t have any courtesy how to talk with clients. Such a arrogant and undutiful. I am unable to lift my arm up .😖😖😖😖
