Really lovely staff, nice atmosphere. I had a haircut by a junior stylist to neaten up a bob - she was lovely, warm and made me feel welcome. Sadly I wasn't completely happy with my haircut and didn't have the confidence that they could improve it. There wasn't enough back and forth about the type of cut, length, layers and when I saw how it was shaping up I felt I had to start directing on the length and the side bangs to frame my face. As usual 'Brilliant' haircut, spotless salon.
I’ve been going here for nearly 2 years just for my hair, great service, always pleased with the results, hence the 2 stars. On my last visit (03/07/2025), I had a brow tint as well. I’ve never had this done before and the result was an allergic reaction to the dye as no patch test was done. There was also no discussion on colour or waxing, my brows have never been touched before this point except tweezing by me. Really disappointed! Poor people skills and told me they'd cut layers into the back to make the cut less blunt. They did not and rushed me out despite me saying I couldn't see the back in the mirror. When I looked at home, I called back to give them a chance to explain. To give them credit, they had me back in later that day BUT 15 minutes before they closed - spent less than 5 minutes 'correcting' and made me feel uncomfortable saying I can't have layers added because it will look bad with my thick hair.
