Just one word: Disaster I bought an Aston Martin in December 2023, and during the year I owned it, the car spent six months at the dealership. It went to Aston Martin Sevenoaks twice and Aston Martin Works around five times. Sevenoaks charged me for parts that later failed again, and Works confirmed the same issues. Very glad to hear of the end of this AM service centre where I received such poor service and personal antagonism. Just horrendous. Let’s hope the other owners in Tunbridge Wells avoid to save themselves the pain.
I finally realised a long-term dream when I took delivery of (or rather, collected) my first Aston Martin on 27th August. Leigh was in constant touch with me about progress on the car following my initial enquiry in early August, and was most apologetic that I couldn't collect it when originally booked in, due to the bonnet and front bumper not being suitable for mere touch-up correction, but requiring repainting to remove stone chips ... which Aston Martin Sevenoaks footed the bill for. Just relieved myself of my DB11 after three years with the worst Aston Martin I have had in over 20 years of owning them. Bought my £100k V12 DB11 from Sevenoaks in 2022 with 8,000miles on it after a video presentation from Daniel. Travelled down 250 miles to collect and felt rushed through the finance completion not even had set eyes on the car. Quick look around all seemed OK. Hmmm, not for long. Within a few weeks it was noticed that this car showed obvious evidence of a rear end accident damage repair and not a good one.... read more
