Had my hair and fringe cut last week by Jack and I'm so happy with it. Japonica is a lovely, serene atmosphere and i felt very welcome. My natural hair is curly/ frizzy so sometimes difficult to style, I've previously explained to other stylists what I'd like but always come away a bit disappointed. Seiko restyled my hair today and I’m so so happy. She listened to what I wanted and what I can manage in my lifestyle. She had some ideas and suggestions and showed me pictures. She also gave me lots of advice on how to get the best from my hair. I’ll be back!

I’m always a bit nervous about getting my hair cut as I often leave disappointed or like I didn’t get what I asked for. Jack is amazing, the attention to detail was incredible and I really felt like he “understood” my hair. I instantly knew I was in safe hands. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be back! Rest of the team were lovely too so overall a great experience, thank you :)
