Really disappointed after having my nails done here! The girls at the counter were rude particularly the one with blue/green hair was really unfriendly and there was such a bad vibe. I was told I’d booked the wrong thing and when I showed I’d actually booked the correct thing there was no apology or even acknowledgement that they’d made a mistake the girl just got up, laughed with the girl at the desk and then started doing my nails and it was so awkward for the rest of the treatment. Love this place! I've been coming here for pedicures for about 2 years and when my nail tech moved away a year ago it made sense to try this place first for my BIAB manicure. This is the first place I've ever used for nails that I'm not tied to one person, they're all really good. You can always get appointments that are convenient for you and if a nail chips they'll get you in asap. Couldn't recommend more
