Poor customer service Always a long waiting time

I wouldn't recommend anybody to Jane Atkinson. They are absolutely vile! They do not care about your well-being. They do not check in when they know you are pretty bad. They keep you waiting for months. No sympathy for you when they speak to you and there like 'ahhh mmmm" . My depression is so severe and have contacted them several times and nobody responds. I've e had a great experience with Jane Atkinson Health and Wellbeing Centre. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always ready to help. The doctors and nurses are incredibly thoughtful, showing genuine care for their patients. I always felt listened to and supported during my visits. The therapy I received made a real difference in my life—it helped me overcome some personal hurdles and get back on track. I truly appreciate the care and support from everyone at the centre. Highly recommended!
