I went in to get myself a watch as I had a significant birthday recently - what a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was looked after by Risa (sorry if that’s not how it’s spelled) and I can’t praise her enough. The watch needed resizing but this was done in minutes. Highly recommended.

We went in today to get our engagement ring resized and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to Silvia for helping us pick the perfect ring, you made the whole process so special. And thank you to Charlie for your help today with the resizing so friendly, efficient, and had it all ready within the hour! Everything was triple-checked and perfect. Highly recommend!

Visited Jamieson&Carry, Aberdeen in early January 2025 to look at ladies watches for my 70th birthday gift fom my husband. We found all staff to be very wecoming and friendly. We didn't know exactly what we wanted so had a look around at various brands and styles. Having purchased my new watch from Mike in early December the experience was an absolute joy. Mike’s knowledge about everything Rolex is second to none and we had prior experience of this when my wife collected her watch some 12 months ago.
