Every haircut I get from Jamie has been amazing. The experience and his knowledge makes me feel at ease and I trust his judgement. He understood what type of hairstyle I wanted and adjusted it to my face shape. I went to him a few times years ago and came back as I haven't been satisfied with my haircuts in other salons for years. I have thick long hair and cut shoulder length with some side fringes. The ma’am I had was wonderful and warm despite our language barrier. I showed plenty of hair reference pictures and she gave great advice/reasons for what would be best for my head shape and face shape. I ended up with the best hair cut I ever had!! I introduced my whole family, we all go here now. Idk why the reviews are like this when my experience was top notch. They were particularly warm to my sister who has special needs too.

I feel ripped off. All about is money. Expensive and not worth it. Never return again in my life.

Hairstylist doest understand customer preferences and trainee should be supervise by senior Hairstylist but instead leaving them by himself and do what he think is right for customers. End of the day, I will no be return due to bad experience with the salon.
