I needed two bracelets repaired and one shortened and decided to use James Stephens as they had good reviews. I am extremely happy with the service they offered. Asher was really kind and helpful via email and gave me a clear price of how much it would cost to carry out the work. My bracelets are now wearable again and they even gave them a clean which was a nice surprise. I really would recommend this jewellers, they are very professional and I will definitely use again if I need to in the future. Thank you so much!

I needed my medic alert bracelet fixed and they did a wonderful job and did it quick as I need to wear it all the time. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I have always loved the jewellery they have in store but they will order in jewellery too. I wanted a gold initial for my granddaughter and they got me the size and design I wanted within a few days.

I used James Stephens last year for a resize of a ring. It is an impressive shop, with an on site repair workshop which you can see behind a glass screen. They made a great job of my resize, it was a quick turnaround and I was happy with the price quoted. They were the obvious choice when I recently wanted a platinum ring handmade and setting of my diamond into the new ring.
